What does the price of an AC repair visit include?
Every repair visit includes diagnostic assessment, labor for the identified issue, and a written summary of the work completed. Replacement parts, if required, are quoted separately and approved before installation.
Are your maintenance plans a one-time payment or recurring?
Comfort Care and Villa Complete are seasonal plans covering the cooling and heating months in El Gouna. You can renew each season, and there is no automatic recurring charge without your confirmation.
Do you charge extra for emergency call-outs?
Villa Complete plan clients receive priority emergency response at no added call-out fee. For other plans, emergency visits outside scheduled maintenance are quoted based on time of day and location within El Gouna.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payment on-site. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a maintenance contract has been agreed in advance.
Is there a warranty on repair work?
Repairs completed by our technicians carry a 30-day workmanship warranty covering the specific issue addressed. Parts warranties follow the manufacturer's terms, which we provide with your invoice.
Can I switch plans mid-season if my needs change?
Yes, you can upgrade from Essential Check or Comfort Care to a higher plan at any point. We will credit the difference already paid toward the new plan's cost.
